What is Production Inspection?

Being a key element of quality control, Production Inspections allow you to verify production quality on-site at different stages of the production process and prior to its dispatch. Inspecting your products before it leaves the manufacturer’s premises is an effective way of preventing quality problems and supply chain disruption further down the line.

BESTCO inspectors check your product against your chosen specification to meet a range of requirements including passing international standards of your destination market. Our inspections can be conducted at all stages of the manufacturing process which can be standardized and key quality concerns communicated to all parties involved in the inspection. 

Reliable and effective quality control (QC) programs are essential to your success in your procurement of Chinese plywood as other wood-based products.  Our inspection service can be segmented from raw material to final product as the following parts:

1. Raw Material Inspection:  grading, Wood species, Glue, the legality of raw material for meeting EUTR documents and quantity reduction of consummation as well as document update alert in real time.

2. Initial production Check: Plywood construction, production process including pressure, press temperature, sanding and putty

3. During Production Check: Production control for avoiding production mistake such as assessment of species construction for meeting your purchase expectation or regulatory requirement, boiling test performance with photos showing the effect; sanding and thickness tolerance control etc.

4. Final inspection: Final product checking, random open crates or checking piece by piece. Showing with pictures of surfaces and high light the defects exit, defect panels select; thickness tolerance inspection measuring by piece and height of crates.

5. Loading inspection: shipping mark, packaging according to buyer’s requirement.
